Light load circuit 

Whats special on this version is it's light load circuit. We get an adapted admixture by the consumption measurement. It is not variert at each traffic light or with each gas to take away placed on Diesels, like it is with some other systems on the market, instead it portioned the diesel in the fuel cycle engine. The longer the engine under small load runs, the more highly becomes the diesel portion. In addition the light load circuit has also several stages, if a tractor runs all day long e.g. with squirting under partial load it becomes, depending upon engine, constantly about 25-35% Diesel added, if the engine now runs completely on idle the diesel portion increases gradually on 100%, while the combustion chamber cools down by idle. Those is very helpful straight with truck, because the engines are issued only rarely while loading and unloading. Thus a clean combustion of vegetable oil is always reached, because the engine only gets pure veg. oil if it can burn it cleanly. A worse combustion, which with vegetable oil effected in the partial load range and makes many problems, like brings cockings and veg. oil entry in the lubrication oil with the well-known consequences, will be avoided with the light load circuit. Thus the old oil change intervals can be also almost kept. The entire diesel consumtion remains small, first because the fuel consumption is low in the partial load range and secondly we only need very small rinsing quantities of diesel and that also only, if the vehicle is turned off for longer time.

Structure

The construction units of the conversion kit can be accommodated in a splash-water protected metal housing which makes a fast installation possible. To this housing only all lines, the current supply and a cable for the control unit must be attached. If there is no place for the housing at the vehicle the construction units could be accommodated individually somewhere where is space.

The kit consists of large auxiliary filters, auxiliary dieselpump, air driven double diaphrampump (durability over 10.000 hours) for vegetable oil, consumption measurement, various pressure controls and exhausts, two or three solenoid valves, temperature regulation, heat exchangers, the control and if necessary a fuel cooling. This conversion kit always has the return in cycle. The fuel in the vegetable oil cycle is only a bit preheated. The final temperature is regulated before the injection pump. So no hot, and thus pre-aged vegetable oil arrives the fuel tank. By the temperature regulation the vegetable oil becomes not too hot. To hot veg. oil makes a bad lubricating of the injection system and substantially faster aging of the vegetable oil and thus increased polimerisation would entail. Dimensioning

The conversion kit reaches up to a consumption of 130 litre/h and thus it is sufficient for nearly each vehicle. With larger engines the kit can be extended accordingly. In businaees you need a low maintenance system and that's why we oversizes our fuel filters.

The control contains:

    • showes operating condition and fueltemperature on the four-lined display
    • fuel consumption measurement and indikation in litre/h.
    • automatic adding of Diesel in the partial load range, complete switching to diesel in the condition gas
    • when the engine works on diesel the LED glows
    • fuel-level of the auxiliary-tank on display
    • hour meter remembers to change the engine oil
    • temperature is controlled to stay constant
    • acoustic und optic waring on:
      • forgotting to flush
      • necessarily change of engine oil
      • low fuel level in auxiliary-tank
    • easy operating; normaly you only have to push the buttom bevor you turn the engine off
    • manual operating with swith
    • no mixing vegetable oil and diesel in the diesel tank, thus also for pre-heaters suitably
    • automatic fast-flush on newstart if the engine stands a long time after the driver has forgotten to push the flush-buttom
    • fast-flusch-funktion and a lot more

Try to find all this in one other system, you won't find it.

Simple operating

Normally the switch is always located on automatik (1). Two or three minutes before switching off the engine the button needs to be pushed briefly. If the driver forgets th flush the control unit announces acoustically. When he starts the engine again it is enough to bush the flush button longer to switsh to “fast-flush”. So the injection pump contains no more vegetable oil after about 10 till 60 seconds and approximately after one till zwo minutes the engine can be turned off. If the vegetable oil tank is empty you can drive on with the auxiliary dieseltank by switching to position 2. If there is only Diesel in the veg. oil- tank you can switches to position 0. This happens sometimes in the forwarding business if no vegetable oil station is in the proximity.
