Structure
The construction units of the conversion kit can be accommodated in a splash-water protected metal housing which makes a fast installation possible. To this housing only all lines, the current supply and a cable for the control unit must be attached. If there is no place for the housing at the vehicle the construction units could be accommodated individually somewhere where is space.
Depending on the injection system the conversion kits differs strongly in its structure. Thus depending on version we use one or two heat exchangers, large filter units, partial auxiliary pumps (gear pumps or long life air driven double diaphragmpumps), various pressure regulations and exhausts, temperature regulations, two or three fuelvalves and the control unit.
The control contains:
- When the engine works on diesel the LED glows
- Temperature is controlled to stay constant
- acoustic und optic waring on:
- forgotting to flush
- necessarily change of engine oil
- low fuel level in auxiliary-tank
- easy operating; normaly you only have to push the buttom bevor you turn the engine off
- manual operating with swith
- no mixing of vegetable oil and diesel in the diesel tank, thus also for pre-heaters suitably
- fast-flush-funktion

- Showes operating condition and fueltemperature on the four-lined display
- Fuel-level of the auxiliary-tank on display
- Hour meter remembers to change the engine oil

Simple operating
Normally the switch is always located on automatik (1). Two or three minutes before switching off the engine the button needs to be pushed briefly. If the driver forgets th flush the control unit announces acoustically. When he starts the engine again it is enough to bush the flush button longer to switsh to “fast-flush”. So the injection pump contains no more vegetable oil after about 10 till 60 seconds and approximately after one till zwo minutes the engine can be turned off. If the vegetable oil tank is empty you can drive on with the auxiliary dieseltank by switching to position 2. If there is only Diesel in the veg. oil- tank you can switches to position 0. This happens sometimes in the forwarding business if no vegetable oil station is in the proximity.
